What is T Budding
Shield Budding is commonly known as T-Budding. This is a technique of grafting to change and improve varieties of fruit and flowering plants/trees.
This process is used for propagation of fruits and flowers.
Material requirement :-

- c) sharp knife
- d) polythene strips and tape

1. Scion Part
With the help of a sharp knife, start cutting the bud about half an inch from the bottom upwards so that the bud can be cut out.
In this process, we need the scion part of the plant, for this we have to choose a healthy branch which does not have any kind of disease and pest
We should pay attention to the fact that the branch should be healthy while choosing it.
2. Root Stock Part
- A 1/2 inches vertical cut
- A Horizontal cut of Top of the Vertical cut
- This is the complete T- Shaped cut
